Joe Burnell
As part of a big career change, Joe founded Berkeley Estates & Management after finishing his career as a professional footballer. Having been a tenant for years he identified problems involved with the estate agency industry and set out to the solve them. Tenant turned property manager and investor it is fair to say Joe has seen all sides of the sector. This gives him valuable insight into the market which he has no problem sharing. Joe balances his work life with family and his love of golf, he is always searching for ways to enhance the business and create new value for you.
Ryan Mitchell MARLA
Ryan joined us in 2014 where he initially grew into a role as one of our lettings negotiators before gradually progressing up through the hierarchy to now managing the company. Ryan has achieved his Level 3 Residential Letting & Property Management (RLPM) qualification and is a registered member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). He has a wealth of experience in the property market which is always growing thanks to his work ethic and curiosity.
Liberty Carey
Liberty is a dedicated and friendly member of the team who consistently goes above and beyond to provide the best possible service. With a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, she tackles every challenge with determination and enthusiasm. Always ready to lend a helping hand, Liberty's friendly approach promotes a welcoming environment for both clients and colleagues alike - Her passion for customer care ensures that tasks are completed accordingly. Outside of work, you will likely find Liberty following football across the country or going for a long walk whilst listening to her favourite podcast.
Sophie Allen

Whether working independently or as part of the team, Sophie brings reliability, hard work, and a positive attitude. Beau Chilcott
Beau is a hardworking and has quickly proven himself to be a an invaluable member of our team. With a keen willingness to learn and grow, he consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Beau approaches every task with enthusiasm and determination, always eager to take on new challenges and expand his skillset. His attention to detail and positive attitude makes him friendly and appreciable for customers and colleagues. Outside of work you will likely find Beau laying down tracks on his DJ decks or challenging himself running to beat his personal best times.

Oakley joined the team in 2022 and is the heart and soul of the office, his mission is simple, to create a positive environment for everyone. Oakley brings the perfect balance of fun and relaxation to the workplace, he is an extremely valuable member of the team.
