Fantastic job

Having rented a property through Joe for years, even before the creation of Berkeley, I can honestly say I have always found both him and Ryan incredibly helpful. I also sold the property through Berkeley and so can also say they did a fantastic job of both finding me a buyer and helping move the sale along despite what turned out to be a difficult buyer. Highly recommended.
